01 / PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept BACS bank transfer, Bitcoin and Ethereum, subject to transaction checks and written payment instructions. The purchase agreement and invoice will identify the selling entity, aircraft, agreed price, settlement currency and payment schedule.
Transfer funds only to the beneficiary and account details shown in your verified payment instructions. Include the invoice reference so the payment can be matched to your purchase.
BACS Direct Credit normally uses a three-working-day processing cycle. Bank cut-off times and non-working days can affect the settlement date. For high-value aircraft transactions, confirm with your bank that the proposed amount and payment route are suitable before arranging a transfer.
Bitcoin payments must be agreed in advance. Obtain written confirmation of the BTC amount, approved network, receiving address, quotation expiry and required settlement checks before sending funds. Do not use a previous transaction’s address without fresh verification.
Ethereum payments must also be agreed in advance. Confirm the ETH amount, exact network and receiving address in writing. Do not send other tokens, wrapped assets or funds over an alternative network unless specifically agreed.
Where payment is made in Bitcoin or Ethereum, the applicable conversion rate, validity period, network charges, any conversion costs and the amount required for settlement must be agreed before transfer. Cryptoasset values can change quickly. A displayed aircraft price or an earlier quotation does not fix a cryptocurrency exchange rate.
Cryptoasset transfers can be irreversible. An incorrect address or network may result in funds being lost or unrecoverable. Acceptance as a payment method is not an investment recommendation.
02 / PAYMENT SECURITY
Before transferring money, independently verify the beneficiary or wallet instructions through an established contact channel. Treat unexpected requests to change account details, wallet addresses or the payment recipient as a reason to pause and re-verify. An email alone is not sufficient verification.
Identity, beneficial ownership, source-of-funds and sanctions checks may be required, depending on the transaction and applicable obligations. Cryptocurrency is not an anonymous alternative to these checks. Payments must relate to the agreed purchaser and transaction; any third-party payer requires prior review.
A payment screenshot, bank instruction or transaction hash alone is not proof of cleared settlement. Aircraft delivery, release and title transfer take place in accordance with the purchase agreement, including the agreed settlement and completion requirements. Any escrow arrangement must be separately agreed; no escrow service is established by this page.
03 / REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind, our 30-day refund policy begins on the date your aircraft is delivered. The refund is the purchase price paid, less the return and flight costs.
The client is responsible for the costs of returning the aircraft, including the return flight. These costs are deducted from the refund. Their calculation and the return arrangements must be explained in writing before purchase and itemised when the refund is settled; the deduction is not an unspecified administration charge.
Notify your Avencrest transaction representative in writing within 30 days of aircraft delivery, quoting the purchase reference, aircraft details and delivery date. Keep a copy of your request. Agree the return and settlement arrangements before moving or returning the aircraft; do not assume that a return flight or title transfer is already authorised.
The purchase agreement must identify the payment method, currency and processing timeframe for the refund. For Bitcoin or Ethereum payments, it must explicitly state how the purchase-price refund and return-cost deduction are valued and paid. The original quantity of cryptocurrency is not automatically the agreed refund measure.
This is a voluntary change-of-mind policy. It does not remove or restrict statutory rights that apply to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming aircraft. Return-cost deductions under this voluntary policy do not apply where the law requires a different remedy or allocation of costs. Consumer and business purchases can carry different rights.
Before purchase, agree in writing the documented return-cost calculation, return procedure, refund processing deadline and cryptocurrency refund valuation. No additional flight-hour or condition-based deductions have been assumed.
04 / MAINTENANCE COVER
Every jet supplied by Avencrest Aviation comes with two years of labour-only maintenance cover, starting on aircraft delivery. Scheduled servicing and repairs are included. Replacement parts are the client’s responsibility.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The cost of parts is not included in our labour-only maintenance offer. Parts requirements and costs should be established before work is authorised.
We arrange attendance at the client’s aircraft location for servicing and repairs. On-site work must be appropriate to the task, available facilities and applicable aviation approvals. Where a task requires an approved maintenance facility or specialist equipment, the necessary arrangements must be agreed before work begins.
This offer covers labour, not the cost of replacement components. It does not, by itself, establish an engine, airframe, avionics or manufacturer’s warranty. Any separate manufacturer or third-party cover must be evidenced in the individual aircraft documentation.
Contact your Avencrest representative with the aircraft details, its location and the servicing or repair requirement before commissioning work under the cover. Confirm the maintenance organisation, attendance arrangements and any parts required in writing. Do not assume that work independently commissioned elsewhere will be reimbursed.
Aircraft maintenance and release to service must be undertaken by appropriately approved personnel or organisations under the applicable aviation requirements. This commercial offer does not replace the owner’s or operator’s continuing airworthiness obligations.
Before purchase, confirm in writing the maintenance provider and approvals, attendance arrangements, geographic availability, any labour limits and any charges beyond parts. No worldwide coverage, unlimited labour or additional charges have been assumed.
