Website enquiries
When you submit the requirements form, your contact details and answers are securely sent to our website server and forwarded to enquiries@avencrestaviation.com using IONOS email delivery. We do not maintain a separate website database of enquiry answers. Correspondence is retained in our business mailbox as described below. A short-lived secure session cookie protects the form against cross-site requests. Hashed network identifiers and timestamps are used for abuse prevention; these files are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours and are deleted during subsequent form activity.
When you email us
We use the contact details and requirements you send to respond, discuss aircraft and take steps you request before a potential contract. We rely on pre-contractual steps where applicable and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping appropriate correspondence. We may also retain information where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Our hosting and business email services use IONOS. Authorised staff and service providers may process information as needed to provide those services. We do not sell enquiry details or automatically add enquirers to a marketing list. Retention depends on the purpose, whether an enquiry becomes a transaction, and applicable record-keeping requirements; information should not be retained longer than necessary.
Technical information and preferences
The hosting service processes normal connection and security information, such as IP address, requested page and time, to deliver and protect the website. No advertising or analytics provider is connected. The optional analytics preference is stored on your device, but enabling it currently starts no measurement. Aircraft shortlist and brief tools operate locally.
External services
Design fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information including your IP address. Following manufacturer, news or other external links takes you to that provider's website and privacy terms. Email is processed by your email provider and ours. Do not send passports, banking details, proof of funds or other sensitive documents through an initial enquiry. Agree an appropriate secure channel separately.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
